Passive Power Over Ethernet set (splitter + injector) for AP power supply via ethernet cable with voltage stabilizer on the splitter side. Recommended power supply 24–36 V (DC). Range is significantly increased compared to exclusively passive splitters. Max. output power 12 W (12V/1A). Uses pins 4,5 (+) and 7,8 (-).
Passive PoE uses spare wires in the Ethernet cable to send power to the device at the remote end. For shorter distances, it is usually possible to use the power adapter supplied as standard with the access point or other network device that you want to power via ethernet cable. The splitter has a built-in voltage stabilizer.
