The unique UI Care service from Ubiquiti, currently available only in the EU and the United States, extends the warranty period of selected UniFi products to 60 months.
Claims for these products are then handled directly through the Ubiquiti portal at rma.ui.com. Additionally, you do not need to return the claimed product until you receive a replacement, and the manufacturer covers the costs of returning the faulty unit.
Notice:
The number of UI Care service must correspond to the number of units of the respective product on which you want to apply this warranty extension (e.g., for 5 devices, it is necessary to purchase 5× warranty extensions).
UI Care service must be purchased simultaneously with the product to which it is to be applied. It cannot be purchased later.
After purchasing the product and UI Care service, claims are handled solely by Ubiquiti (rma.ui.com portal).
