The unique UI Care service from Ubiquiti, currently available only within the EU and the United States, extends the warranty period of selected UniFi products to 60 months.
Claims for these products are handled directly through the Ubiquiti portal for maximum convenience and speed at rma.ui.com. You don’t need to return the defective unit before receiving a replacement, and the manufacturer covers the cost of return shipping for the faulty unit.
Notice:
The number of UI Care services purchased must match the number of products you want to cover (e.g., for 5 devices, you must purchase 5× warranty extensions).
The UI Care service must be purchased at the same time as the product it is intended to cover. It cannot be purchased later.
Once the product and UI Care service have been purchased, all claims are handled exclusively by Ubiquiti (rma.ui.com portal).
