The EAP223 access point features advanced MU-MIMO (Multi-User MIMO) technology, which, unlike traditional SU-MIMO solutions, can transmit data to multiple devices simultaneously, significantly reducing latency and increasing overall network throughput. In a dual-band Wi-Fi setup, it delivers speeds of up to 1350 Mbps and supports more than 220 simultaneous clients.
The device is part of the Omada SDN (Software Defined Network) platform, which integrates network devices including access points, switches, and gateways into a single centrally managed system. Flexible power and installation options
The device can be powered via standard 802.3af PoE or passive PoE (+4,5 pins; -7,8 pins). The package includes mounting kits for both ceiling and wall installations. Maximum power consumption is only 12.6 W.
