The unique UI Care service from Ubiquiti, currently available only within the EU and the United States, extends the warranty period of selected UniFi products to 60 months.
Claims for these products are then handled directly via the Ubiquiti portal at rma.ui.com for maximum convenience and speed. Additionally, you do not need to return the defective product before receiving a replacement, and the manufacturer covers the cost of returning the faulty unit.
Note:
The number of UI Care services purchased must match the number of products for which you wish to apply this warranty (e.g., for 5 devices, you must purchase 5× warranty extensions).
UI Care must be purchased at the same time as the product it is intended to cover. It cannot be purchased later.
Once you have purchased the product and the UI Care service, all warranty claims are handled exclusively by Ubiquiti (rma.ui.com portal).
