The display is equipped with an NFC reader for quick and secure user login, smart sensors (PIR, light, temperature, humidity, eCO2, VOCs, PM2.5) for automatic brightness adjustment and power-saving modes. It includes TeamOne® software for team collaboration, AirSync for wireless screen sharing and ViewSonic Manager for centralized device management. With EPEAT Gold and Energy Star 8.0 certification, it achieves 24% higher energy efficiency than the previous generation.

Advanced Touch Control
The display supports up to 50 simultaneous touch points with passive and active palm rejection. Write Away™ technology enables instant writing when lifting the stylus with switching between four colors with a single touch. ViewSonic Ink ensures smooth writing without delays and line breaks.

Comprehensive Connectivity
The display offers extensive connection options including 4× HDMI 2.1 (one front, three rear with CEC and ARC support), DisplayPort 1.2, three USB-C ports (one top for camera with 15W, one front with 65W PD, one rear with 100W PD), six USB-A ports (USB 3.2 Gen 1 and USB 2.0) and two RJ-45 Gigabit Ethernet ports. All USB-C ports support video, data, touch, Ethernet and power delivery.

Audio and Video
The integrated audio system consists of three speakers (2× 20W + 1× 20W subwoofer) and eight microphones in an array for quality sound. A camera mounting plate is located on top. The display supports wireless sharing via AirPlay, Miracast and Chromecast.

Smart Features and Management
PIR sensor detects presence of people and automatically activates or puts the display to sleep. Light sensor adjusts brightness to ambient conditions. Environmental sensors (temperature, humidity, eCO2, VOCs, PM2.5) monitor environment quality. ViewSonic Manager enables remote management, content broadcasting, power scheduling and ECO mode planning.

Security and Compatibility
EDLA certification ensures enterprise-grade security with regular updates, Google Play Protect, two-factor authentication and data encryption. The display is compatible with Microsoft Teams Rooms and slot-in PC series VPC3X, VPCF5-2A and VPCF5.
