The PLANET SGS-6341-24T6X switch represents a professional networking solution with advanced L3 routing features including RIP, OSPF and BGP protocols. It features 24 ports 10/100/1000Base-T and 6 ports 10G SFP+ with a total switching capacity of 168 Gbps in a compact rack-mount design with 1U height. The switch supports both IP Stacking for centralized management of up to 8 units through a single IP address, and Hardware stacking with redundant ring topology for maximum availability.

The device offers advanced features to ensure high network availability including ITU-T G.8032 ERPS with recovery time under 50 ms, VRRP for gateway redundancy and BFD for fast failure detection. Complete IPv4 and IPv6 dual stack support includes routing protocols RIPng, OSPFv3 and BGP4+, tunneling (ISATAP, 6-to-4, GRE) and multicast routing PIM-DM/SM/SSM.

Advanced L2 Features
The switch supports up to 4094 active VLANs including IEEE 802.1Q, Q-in-Q, protocol-based and MAC-based VLAN. Link aggregation allows up to 32 trunk groups with a maximum of 8 ports per group using LACP or static trunking.

Centralized Management and Monitoring
The device offers flexible management options via CLI (Telnet/SSH), web interface, SNMPv1/v2c/v3 and RMON (groups 1, 2, 3, 9). Secure access is ensured by SSHv2, TLSv1.2 and SNMPv3. TACACS+ and RADIUS support enables centralized AAA authentication. Syslog, NTP and SPAN/RSPAN features facilitate monitoring and diagnostics.

High Availability and Resilience
The switch supports redundant ring topology with ITU-T G.8032 ERPS technology for metropolitan networks and IEEE 802.1D STP, 802.1w RSTP and 802.1s MSTP protocols to prevent loops. VRRP (Virtual Router Redundancy Protocol) feature ensures automatic failover in case of primary gateway failure.
