The PLANET SGS-6341-24P6X switch represents a powerful solution for aggregation and distribution layers of enterprise networks. It offers 24 Gigabit ports with IEEE 802.3at PoE+ and a total power budget of 370 W, capable of powering up to 24 devices at 15 W or 12 devices at 30 W. Six 10G SFP+ slots provide high-speed uplinks with a switching capacity of 168 Gbps and throughput of 125 Mpps in non-blocking store-and-forward mode.

The switch supports advanced L3 routing protocols including RIPv1/v2, OSPFv2, OSPFv3, BGP, and BGP4+ for both IPv4 and IPv6. The VRRP function ensures default gateway redundancy, while BFD (Bidirectional Forwarding Detection) for OSPF and BGP enables rapid failure detection. For multicast applications, protocols PIM-DM, PIM-SM, and PIM-SSM are available.

Stacking and High Availability
The switch supports two types of stacking: IP Stacking for centralized management of up to 8 units via Gigabit/10G interfaces and Hardware Stacking using dedicated 10G SFP+ ports to create a single logical device with redundant Ring topology. ITU-T G.8032 ERPS technology ensures network recovery under 50 ms during failures.

Advanced VLAN and Aggregation
The switch offers up to 4094 active VLANs with support for IEEE 802.1Q, Q-in-Q (IEEE 802.1ad), GVRP, Private VLAN Edge, Protocol-based, and MAC-based VLAN. The link aggregation function allows up to 32 trunk groups with a maximum of 8 ports per group according to IEEE 802.3ad LACP.

Multicast and QoS
For multicast applications (IPTV, video streaming), IGMPv1/v2/v3 snooping, MLD v1/v2 snooping, and MVR (Multicast VLAN Registration) are available. QoS with 8 queues supports traffic classification by IEEE 802.1p CoS, DSCP, IP precedence, VLAN ID, and ACL with 802.1p and DSCP priority remarking capability.
