Official professional Ubiquiti support. Support always applies to one site and one device from the list below. The service is provided in English only and is always remote.
A 'site' is defined as one UniFi Cloud Gateways and all the UniFi devices behind it (e.g., APs, switches, cameras/NVRs).

Business Hours (standard working hours) – Ubiquiti offers support from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Please note that Site Support should only be sold in conjunction with deployments using UniFi Cloud Gateway (UDM-Pro, UDM-SE, UDM-Pro-Max, EFG, UDW, UDR, UX, UCG-Ultra and UCG-Max). We currently do not support deployments on Cloud Keys, standalone hosted UniFi Network or Official UniFi Hosting, although this support will be available soon.
