UniFi SuperLink Gateway is a specialized gateway designed for wireless connection of UniFi Protect system sensors. It utilizes proprietary SuperLink technology with low latency and power up to 27 dBm, enabling reliable connection at distances up to 2 km. The device supports simultaneous connection of up to 96 SuperLink sensors and thanks to integrated Bluetooth 5.2 radio with 100 m range, it also ensures compatibility with legacy BLE sensors.
The gateway is equipped with a PoE port that provides both power and network connection with a single cable. Alternatively, power can be supplied via USB-C connector. Compact construction made of polycarbonate and aluminum alloy allows flexible installation – the device can be mounted on a wall or DIN rail, which is ideal for both commercial and residential environments.

The device operates on 2400–2480 MHz frequency for Bluetooth with 3 dBi antenna gain and maximum power of 10 dBm. SuperLink communication uses frequencies 915.6–927.6 MHz (US) or 865.1–869.5 MHz (EU) with 2 dBi antenna gain and power up to 27 dBm.
Management and Compatibility
The gateway is fully integrated into the UniFi ecosystem and requires the UniFi Protect application for web interface as well as iOS and Android mobile platforms.
